Freundschaft holt das beste aus dir. Du kannst ganz und gar dichselber sein, während du dich gleichzeitig stark verbunden weisst. Fühlen spielt dabei eine durchschlaggebende Rolle. Integriert ist es eine Qualität: das fühlende Gewahrsein. Dies kann eine neue Dimension an die Freundschaft zufügen. Praktisch gesehen bedeutet es soviel wie: 'schau (sieh, observiere) und fühle'. Ein erster Schritt dabei ist das Körper- und Kontaktgewahrsein. In einer offenen, empfangenden Aufmerksamkeit lässt du die Gewahrwerdungen in dir zu, und damit den Kontakt mit deiner nächsten Umgebung. Fühlst du deinen Hintern in Kontakt mit dem Stuhl, dann ist er eine Fortsetzung deines Körpers, beide werden ein.Via dem Körper entsteht eine Verbundenheit die alle andere Arten von Kontakt übersteigt. Fährst du hiermit fort, dann wird alles mit dir auf eine Linie geraten. Alles - inklusiv dein Körper - ergibt sich als Teil eines grossen Raumes. Dabei geht es darum, deine Einsicht, Barmherzigkeit und innerliche Kraft bei al diesen Schritten zu behalten, beziehungsweise sie zu vergrössern. Die Logik ist ganz einfach und sehr deutlich, doch mit der praktischen Anwendung haben wir (noch) keine Erfahrung. Gesellschaftliche Erneuerung als konsequent Heilungs- und Integrationsprozess ist neu. Unsere Zerrüttung ist nun allerdings auf allen Ebenen sichtbar geworden. Darum die Notwendigkeit unsere Beteiligung und unseren Einsatz aus unserem Herzen zu unserer Familie, der Nachbarschaft, dem Arbeitsplatz, der Gemeinde und beispielsweise der Region ausgehen zu lassen.
